JBH is by contract required to have written utilization management policies and procedures and criteria for the consistent application of review criteria; for service authorization decisions; service provision verification; consultation with provider requesting services and description of how qualified staff will make those determinations. These policies and procedures must be consistent with the Utilization control requirements of 42 CFR Part 456
